Shipping rates & policies.

By means of ordering our products you have read our policy of shipping and payment and agreed with them.

1 PRICING
The price displayed for product on our website is in euros and including VAT.
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

2 PAYMENTS
After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation- email from us. In this confirmation-email you will find the total cost and a specification of your purchase. Your order will be send to your shipping address after we have received your payment. Always state the invoice number when you transfer the payment. Without the invoice number your order will be delayed or will be cancelled. If we have not received your payment within 7 days the order will be cancelled.

3 VOID AN ORDER
To void an order you will have to send an email to info@helmuths-strongholds.com within 24 hour. In this email specify your invoice number. Without an invoice number we will not be able to cancel your order.

4 SHIPPING
We will ship our products using TNT. The shipping price on your order is just a global indication and it’s been set for economic delivery. This type of delivery is not available for all countries.
Go to the shipping rates pages to see if your country is in our list. If economic shipping is possible we will automatically send your order with this type of shipping. If you want priority shipping send us an email with your invoice number and type of shipping.
After we have received your order we will recalculate the total amount of shipping cost. When we have got a confirmation of your payment, we will send your order the next following day. The time it takes to ship your order is depending on your location and shipping method. See shipping rates for amount of time it takes. After sending your order with TNT we don’t have any control over shipping time or handling.
We will charge € 5, 00 post & packaging.

5 General Returns Policy
 We will do everything to prevent damages during shipping. If your order is damaged by abuse of carrier we will not be responsible for it. Every order is insured when shipped and damage during shipping must be claimed with carrier.
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Helmuth’s Strongholds.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
